- An opportunity during this process for you to shape how TCRP can be structured to support the success of teachers, principals, and students
- A leadership and growth opportunity for participants
- A group that includes school site, grade level, and subject area diversity
- A critical feedback mechanism to ensure the relevance, success, and quality of all TCRP initiatives
- An opportunity to learn more about observation, evaluation, and feedback
