The College-Ready Promise Observation and Evaluation process is a critical component of our efforts to improve effectiveness. Our process is aligned to the Framework for Effective Teaching.
Through the three stages of the process, teachers and administrators reflect on and discuss lesson planning, classroom instruction, and assessment, by collecting and analyzing evidence aligned to the framework.
